Three days? Four?

I'm trying not to think about it.

Or I'd find myself face first in a plate full of comfort food.

But we DID talk to Audrey's host mom on the phone today!  That was nice.  It was only for a few awkward minutes, but she confirmed that she has a 7 year-old son and a 5 month-old daughter.  So I'm very happy for Audrey.

Then she asked Audrey to bring her a cell phone.

With a camera.

Or a new laptop.

Which I'm sure was a joke.

Right?

    What?! Surely she meant for Audrey to bring a laptop for herself...to call and write home with??? Not that she is asking for gimmes...right? Ay ay ay!
